Margarite's Retreat - House Rules

House Rules

For the sake of those that will follow you,
we cannot allow pets and please, NO smoking in the house.

Most often our renters are families on vacation.
We do not rent the house for groups of students,
even with chaperones.

Please leave the house as you found it.
Let us know right away when something needs our attention.

We provide bath towels and all other linens for use in the
house and beach towels for use on the beach.

Please don't take the house towels or blankets outside.

There is a gas grill at the house.
We encourage you to use it, but please leave it clean.

We hope you will enjoy the house and island.

There are several families that come back every year.
We hope yours will become one of them.

Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. - Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
